2. Table name: studentinfo

3. Windows Form (Please arrange the windows form elements such as text boxes, labels and buttons)

4. Make your own form layout! Do not copy the work of your classmate!(In other words: May nag mamay-ari na kaya wag ka nang makisawsaw!) ^_^ peace

5. Windows form must have: 

* Image control 

* Browse Button 

* Add

* Save

* Delete

* Move Next

* Move Previous

* Move Last

* Move First

* Print

6. Submit your database file before  1 p.m, ( Wednesday, January 16, 2019)
7. Late submission will not be accepted!
